The terms on which Excel in MathSci provides tutoring services. Please read these alongside our privacy policy.

1. Bookings & sessions
Sessions are arranged by agreement following a free consultation. Times and format (in-person or online) are confirmed in advance.
2. Cancellation & rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged. We will always try to be flexible in genuine emergencies.
3. Payment
Fees are agreed before sessions begin. Block bookings are payable in advance. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.
4. Liability
We provide tuition in good faith to support each student’s learning. We cannot guarantee specific exam grades, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond tuition. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected sessions.
5. Governing law
